.RAW Magazine began as a photography publication in 2018 by E. Noelle Merrihew — a photography student in the Art Department. Shortly after its first release, the project was offered funding for three quarterly zines and a full-size ‘Annual Edition’ for the year.
After my first year as a designer, I assigned myself the project of creating a new identity for the magazine which now encompassed design and fine art as well as photography.
